Penalties for Being Arrested in Las Vegas

There are a wide of range of penalties in Las Vegas depending on the type of offense you are charged with.  For example, Misdemeanor penalties range from a fine up to $1,000, and/or up to six (6) months in jail.  Gross Misdemeanors are more severe, and range from a fine up to $2,000, and/or up to one (1) year in jail.
